Start with your address, not a broad area name
Miami-Dade recognizes West Kendall through its community council, but that name is not interchangeable with the Census place called Kendall West. A neighborhood label alone cannot tell you how a daycare journey will fit your schedule. Use your exact starting address, then check the return trip from wherever your afternoon will end.
Our published lobby hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am–2 pm; the lobby is closed on Sunday. Confirm the day you need with the team. Owners living on the property does not mean there is an all-hours public reception or an automatic late collection arrangement.
Give the team a useful picture of the day
Daycare includes feeding and playtime with personal attention from a dedicated handler. Adult dogs play with their own family group. Tell us if your dog has already eaten before the drive, when the next meal is due and whether a special diet needs discussion. Small details make the handover much clearer.
If your dog is a puppy, ask about puppy playtime rather than assuming the adult routine is the right fit. Puppy groups consider age, size and temperament. Describe previous experiences honestly; there is no need for your dog to be the life of the party for us to have a useful conversation.
Leave room for a change of plan
If work may run beyond collection time, contact the club before booking. Daycare and overnight boarding are different arrangements, and a change depends on confirmation. Transportation can be discussed separately, but do not build your routine around an unconfirmed pickup time, coverage area or round-trip price.

Can I reserve the same days every week?
Tell us the weekdays you have in mind and ask about availability. A recurring schedule is not established merely by sending one request through the website.
Does West Kendall mean Kendall West?
Not necessarily. We use West Kendall for the broader community name and keep Kendall West separate in our geographic directory. For travel planning, the full street address is what matters.
What if a different family member collects my dog?
Discuss the handover with the club beforehand, including the person’s name, contact details and expected time. Ask what authorization the team needs rather than assuming a substitute can collect without notice.
