Bring questions about rest, meals and handling. Our private 5′ × 21′ indoor/outdoor suites give each boarding guest their own space. Adult dogs play with their own family group, so a stay does not require joining an unfamiliar pack. Tell us what helps your dog settle and what situations they find difficult.
Try the routine before the suitcase comes out
For dogs new to boarding, we recommend discussing a daycare visit before the overnight reservation. It is a chance to introduce the club and share observations with the team, not a promise that every dog will react the same way. Ask which service fits your pet before arranging the visit.
Write down meal times, portions, special diets and any medication instructions. Feeding, exercise, playtime, treats, special diets and medication administration are included in boarding. Tell the club about handling needs in advance so the conversation happens calmly, rather than during a rushed departure.
Make the return part of the plan
Send both arrival and collection dates when requesting availability. The lobby is closed on Sundays, and collection after 4 pm carries a day charge. If your own return is uncertain, discuss it before confirming the stay. A request through the website is not a confirmed reservation.
