One journey, individual care notes
Westchester is a Census-designated place in Miami-Dade, distinct from the municipality of West Miami. Check the starting address in your map rather than choosing a similarly named area. When organizing the trip, allow for each pet’s handover and tell the club exactly how many animals you are bringing.
Make a short note for every pet with their name, weight, meal routine and any medications. If two pets look similar or eat different diets, explain how to distinguish their instructions. Ask the team how to label and bring their supplies; a shared household does not necessarily mean a shared feeding plan.
Ask about arrangements, not just availability
Adult dogs play with their own family group. Explain how your dogs behave together, including anything that happens around food, toys or rest. Discuss accommodation with the team rather than assuming all pets will share a suite. Cat boarding is a separate service, not an extension of the dog daycare routine.
The published cat boarding rate is $45 per night. Dog boarding rates depend on size and handling needs; the website’s dog estimate does not include cats. Request an itemized total for the complete household so you can distinguish each pet’s stay from transport, baths or any applicable holiday adjustments.
Keep the homecoming just as organized
Confirm whether all pets will be collected together and who will collect them. A going-home bath is required after three days of boarding; ask the club how its policy applies to your pets and what charges apply. If dates change for only one animal, explain that clearly instead of changing the household’s entire request.

Can I include a cat in the dog boarding calculator?
No. That tool estimates dog boarding only. Add the cat’s dates and care needs to your message and ask for a separate confirmed amount.
Is there a discount for several dogs?
The site publishes a 5% discount for two or more dogs. Ask the club about eligibility and how it combines with any longer-stay or military discount; do not assume the percentages simply add together.
What if one pet needs different handling?
Tell us before arranging the journey from Westchester. The team needs to discuss that pet individually, even when another animal from the same household already knows the club.
